Delivery
Our products are typically dispatched from our supplier's warehouse within 1 - 3 business days from the time we process your payment. Please allow 10 business days (excluding weekends and publicly-recognized holidays) from your order confirmation and payment processing until delivery of your product.
Layby Information
Layby is available for periods of up to 12 weeks. To apply, please email the contents of your shopping cart that you would like to Lay-by (Love Bugz products ONLY) to admin@beetlebugz.com.au and we will send you an invoice for the minimum amount, 20% of your order. Once these funds are cleared your lay-by is guaranteed and you are subject to the Terms and Conditions listed below.
Terms and conditions are as follows:
- 20% deposit must be made immediately, Paypal is the only payment method accepted for Lay-bys as this will be a transaction process made directly through Paypal. www.paypal.com.au.
- Regular payments to be made throughout the layby period.
- Layby to be finalised within 12 weeks (This means you need to have finished paying it off by then!)
- Changes to laybys can be made, but each change will involve a $5 restocking fee to cover admin time.
- If you cancel the layby after paying the deposit, there is a $10 cancellation charge. You will be refunded all monies paid, minus $10.
- Layby is not available on sale items.
